The full story
Close to the problem. Focused on the outcome.
Jeremy’s professional background combines leadership, project management, operational discipline, technology implementation, and entrepreneurship.
Before moving deeper into technology and project delivery, he spent many years in public-sector leadership, where high-stakes operations, accountability, communication, policy, people, and process were part of the everyday work. That experience shaped a practical leadership style centered on clarity, trust, preparation, and execution.
Jeremy later expanded that foundation through formal study and professional certification, earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership while building expertise in project management, IT service management, Agile delivery, implementation, and organizational change.
Today, his work spans project leadership and technology as well as the businesses and digital products developed through Vetter Ventures LLC.
He founded Plan The Aisle, a wedding technology ecosystem designed around the real workflow connecting venues, couples, planners, coordinators, and vendors. He also operates Omnipresent DJ & Lighting, a South Carolina event entertainment company, and develops products such as RequestLine DJ and ScoreTheFloor / LineDanceScore to solve real problems observed in live-event environments.
Across each project, the pattern is consistent: understand the problem, reduce unnecessary complexity, build intentionally, and make the final experience easier for the people who actually use it.
Jeremy’s interest in AI and automation follows the same philosophy. The goal is not to automate simply because a tool exists. The goal is to determine where technology can remove friction, improve decisions, strengthen customer experiences, and give people more time for work that requires judgment and creativity.
